REFUND POLICY: 

At Cassandra Amara we prioritize the health, safety, and hygiene of our customers. In compliance with relevant laws and regulations, we have implemented a strict "No Refund" policy to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products. Please carefully review the following policy before making a purchase.

 Hygiene Compliance:

• Our wigs are considered intimate and personal items, and as such, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons. Each wig is carefully packaged and sealed to maintain hygiene standards, and once the seal is broken, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Legal Obligations:

• In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, it is illegal to resell used hair. Therefore we can not accept hair that has been handled or worn by the owner. We are required to adhere to strict hygiene standards for the safety and well-being of our customers. Thus includes implementing policies that prevent the return or exchange of intimate items such as wigs.

 Exceptions:

• We understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control that require consideration. Therefore In the event that you receive an incorrect order that was not yours, a return can be accepted; this must be photographed and emailed to us within 72hrs of receiving the delivery. If deemed successful you will be given an address to return your item to. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and provide appropriate assistance.

 Customer Responsibility:

• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of their order and to carefully review product details, including colour, style, and size, before making a purchase. All sales are FINAL, so we encourage customers to refer to our FAQ's to address any questions or concerns prior to placing an order.

SHIPPING POLICY: 

• Our shipping policy aims to ensure swift delivery for UK orders and International orders. Please refer to the details below for further info.

Orders within the UK:

Delivery Info:

Once order is placed, a subsequent confirmation email will be sent to you alongside the tracking number together with it. Which will give estimations in regards to expected arrival of your order. Please be advised that we do not take responsibility for any delays in regards to shipping as once it's sent out it is no longer within the control of Cassandra Amara, and must be followed up with the specific courier. If you do believe your package to be lost, stolen or missing we suggest opening a claim with the shipping courier.

In the event that the order is marked as “delivered” and you do not have it we suggest contacting your local post office and opening up a claim.

We will not bear the responsibility or be liable for delayed shipments, nor any reimbursements pertaining to any costs.

Also please ensure that you shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Orders:

*PLEASE NOTE: International Shipments will also be subjected to customs clearance. The shipments may incur additional taxes/duties. These fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
