• UK: Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
• EU: Delivery typically takes anywhere from 3-8 working days.
• Rest of the World: Typically takes around 7-12 working days. 

After order is subsequently shipped, you will receive a corresponding tracking number so you're able to keep track of your package and be constantly updated in regards to it's whereabouts.

"Can I dye the hair that I've purchased?"

Yes our virgin hair can be bleached/coloured however please be advised that it may be suitable to have a recommended stylist do this to ensure hair quality is kept intact and best possible results.

"How do I ensure maximum longevity for my wigs?"

Using virgin hair ensures a great quality of hair thus a higher longevity, however certain efforts may increase or decrease the lifespan of even virgin hair. Please refer to our "HAIRCARE" page to maximise longevity.

"Does the hair come ready to ship or do I have to wait extremely long processing times?"

At Cassandra, ALL HAIR on our site comes ready to ship, meaning when you make an order, we have all stock within our warehouse ready to be packaged to you, so no weeks worth of unnecessarily long processing times.
